Proposed Usage

 

 

 

 

The Trademark Owner has tentatively set the criteria for granting someone to use the trademarked term "Anabioloby."

Those criteria are not finalized, but tentatively include:

  1. The product must show the trademark in an approved form, with a specimen of the product, with a proposed label, in a representative packaging.
    1. Image of label in use
  2. The product must carry a "consumer retail price" of at least 5 times its cost including packaging,
    1. The Anabiology Trademark is not to be used on products attempting to compete with other similar product on the basis of selling price. Items with the Anabiology trademark are not to feature "discounted" selling prices.
